About the project
The concept of a residential complex "Petrovsky Park II" is based on the harmony in contrast. Variable number of stories in sections, non-standard facade solutions with stained-glass windows and asymmetrical shapes, variable finishing materials and color solutions form a recognizable and fresh silhouette of the building. At the same time the object sparingly fits into the urban context and gives voice to the surrounding building-up. The upper bent is made in light shades which visually lightens the building, it becomes comfortable for the perception of residents.

The project covers 132 planning concepts including apartments with stained-glass glazing, panoramic nook-windows and ceilings up to 3,7 meters high.
