The company's business processes involve complex analytical work and processing of a large amount of information. Our aim was to make the routes of movement in the office as clear as possible. The implantation of a color gradient system will allow employees to orient easily in the office and choose the most suitable places to work, which corresponds to the agile philosophy.

Inside the core of the office space, at the intersection of employee movement routes, there is a reception desk, a space-saving waiting area, information desks, a cloakroom, and meeting rooms. Such division helped to organize effectively quick access to any part of the office.

In the working areas, open-spaces alternate with office blocks, which creates a feeling of space-saving and cozy context, avoiding the effect of visual monotony. The areas for focused work and informal communication are oriented in such a way as to improve spontaneous interaction. In the organization of communications, the emphasis is placed on small soft zones next to workplaces, providing means to speed up the solution of streaming tasks.

A peculiar element of the office design is an unusual swing and soft colored beanbag chairs. These items soften business mood of the space.

The design code of the project is based on a visual interpretation of the four elements, which symbolically reflect the company's products. Each element is assigned a color code, which is reflected in the features of navigation and decoration. The key design markers are modest dynamism, neutral materials, warm natural wood and elegant color shades. The main accent colors in the interior are blue, yellow, green and red. The black fittings of the partitions, window frames and lamps emphasize bright details of the interior design.
