The project of the kindergarten building on Izhorskaya Street in the Northern Administrative District.

The preschool educational organization is designed for 150 people and accommodates 6 groups of 25 people each. The building is as compact as possible in terms of volume, which allows it to be located on sites of various configurations.

The artistic solution for the design of facades is a combination of contrasting volumes of simple geometric shapes and different textures of finishing materials in a soft, beige-honey color scheme.

Concrete tiles for bricks on the subsystem are used as the finishing material of the facade. The piers between the windows, the entrance portals and the recessed volume of the third floor are highlighted with darker, ochre rusticated tiles for greater expressiveness.

This object harmoniously matches to surrounding buildings and is one of the social points of attraction of the residential area.
